Shipping Quotes & Pricing
How do I get a shipping quote?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your shipment details. We usually provide a tailored quote within 2 hours.
How do you calculate shipping weight? (Actual vs. Volumetric)
Airlines and couriers charge based on the higher value between Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight.
Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 5000 (or 6000 depending on the route) We always inform you of both weights to avoid any surprises on your final bill.
Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 5000 (or 6000 depending on the route) We always inform you of both weights to avoid any surprises on your final bill.
What information do I need to provide for an accurate quote?
To give you an exact price, please provide: Destination country/zip code, estimated weight, box dimensions, and a brief description of the products (e.g., clothes, electronics, branded goods).
Are there any hidden fees or minimum charges?
No hidden fees. Our quotes are all-inclusive (especially for DDP routes). Minimum weight charges may apply depending on the shipping method (e.g., Sea Freight usually has a 21kg or 100kg minimum).
Shipping Methods & Delivery
What is Free-Duty (DDP) shipping and what’s included?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything end-to-end. The price includes international freight, export customs in China, import customs in your country, all duties/taxes, and final door delivery.
How long does shipping from China usually take?
Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-5 days. Air Freight DDP: 7-12 days. Sea Freight DDP: 25-40 days depending on the destination.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Air Freight, Fast Sea Freight (like Matson), Standard Sea Freight, and Direct Express (UPS/DHL/FedEx).
Can I ship items with batteries, liquids, or electronics?
Yes, we have dedicated "Sensitive Goods" channels that safely transport internal batteries, cosmetics, and electronics. Please declare these items before shipping.
Can I change the delivery address after the package is shipped?
Address changes are possible but may incur an "address interception fee" charged by the local courier (like UPS or FedEx). Please verify addresses carefully before shipping.
Why is my DHL/UPS/FedEx shipment showing "on hold"?
An "on hold" status usually means the shipment is waiting on a routine step, not a problem. Common reasons include: customs selecting the package for document review, a temporary weather or flight capacity delay, or the destination hub batching packages before the next delivery run. On DDP shipments, our clearance team monitors these holds directly and will update you — you don't need to contact the courier yourself.
What's the difference between Express and Economy courier services?
Express services (e.g., DHL Express, UPS Express) fly by priority routes and typically deliver in 3-5 days, at a higher per-kg cost. Economy services use consolidated, lower-priority routes — often 6-10 days — at a reduced rate. We help clients choose based on urgency: Express for time-sensitive or high-value cargo, Economy for bulkier, less time-critical shipments.
How is DHL/courier shipping cost calculated per kg?
Courier cost per kg is based on chargeable weight (the higher of actual vs. volumetric weight — see our weight calculation FAQ above), plus destination zone, fuel surcharges, and any peak-season adjustments set by the courier. Rates also drop at higher weight brackets, so consolidating multiple orders into one shipment often lowers your per-kg cost. Send us your route and weight and we'll give you the exact current rate.
What are the fastest ocean freight routes from China to the US?
Fast sea freight services (like Matson) from South China to US West Coast ports (Los Angeles/Long Beach) are typically the quickest ocean option, often arriving in around 12-16 days transit, plus a few days for last-mile delivery. Standard sea freight to the West Coast runs slightly longer, and East Coast destinations add extra transit time due to the longer sailing distance or transshipment. We route each shipment based on your deadline and destination.
Incoterms Explained
What is DAP (Delivered at Place) shipping, and how is it different from DDP?
DAP (Delivered at Place) means we deliver the goods to your address, but you are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and clearing customs at destination. This differs from DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where we handle and prepay all of that for you. Most of our clients prefer DDP because it avoids surprise fees and customs delays on arrival.
What does CNF/CFR mean in shipping?
CNF (also written CFR, "Cost and Freight") means the quoted price covers the goods plus ocean/air freight to your destination port, but not insurance or import duties/taxes. It's mainly used in sea freight for larger shipments and is usually quoted port-to-port, not door-to-door. If you want a single all-in price with no separate customs steps, DDP is the closer fit.
What does FCA (Free Carrier) mean?
FCA (Free Carrier) means the seller's responsibility ends once the goods are handed to the carrier at a named point in China (e.g., our warehouse or a China port/airport). Everything after that — main freight, insurance, import clearance, and final delivery — is arranged separately. It's common in B2B factory-direct deals where the buyer wants to control the international leg.
DDP vs DAP vs CNF vs FCA — which Incoterm should I choose?
Here's a quick side-by-side comparison of who's responsible for what at each stage:
For most small and mid-sized shippers, DDP is the simplest option — one price, no customs paperwork, no surprise bills at your door.
| Incoterm | Main Freight | Import Duties/Taxes | Final Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| DDP | Seller/Forwarder | Seller/Forwarder | Seller/Forwarder |
| DAP | Seller/Forwarder | Buyer | Seller/Forwarder |
| CNF / CFR | Seller (to port only) | Buyer | Buyer |
| FCA | Buyer | Buyer | Buyer |
Packaging & Discretion

Watch: Our confidential Packaging
See how we protect your privacy with black stretch film, corner protectors, and reinforced taping.
What is confidential / plain packaging?
We use standard, unmarked brown cartons wrapped in black security film or yellow tape. There is absolutely no external indication of what is inside the box.
Will my package look like it contains luxury or replica goods?
No. The exterior will look like a completely normal, generic commercial or personal shipment, heavily reducing the risk of theft or customs scrutiny.
Do you remove all tags, invoices, and branding?
Yes, upon request, we can discard supplier invoices, tags, and even heavy shoeboxes to reduce shipping volume and protect your privacy.
Luxury, Branded & Special Goods
Do you ship luxury and branded goods?
Yes, we have specialized secure lines designed specifically for high-value and branded goods, ensuring safe transit through customs.
Are there any brands or items you cannot ship?
We cannot ship weapons, drugs, hazardous chemicals, or explosive materials. For specific brand restrictions, please consult our team before shipping.
Customs, Insurance & Seizure
Do you offer customs insurance? What happens if my package is seized?
Yes, we offer optional Customs Protection Insurance. While we maintain a 98% clearance rate for sensitive goods, we protect you in worst-case scenarios:
- If seized due to our operational error → Full refund of shipping fee.
- If seized by destination customs → We provide proportional compensation (e.g., specific amount per KG) based on your insurance tier.
What happens if there is a customs issue?
If a delay occurs, our local clearance team will handle it immediately. You do not need to contact customs yourself. We will keep you updated until it is released.
Who handles customs clearance and import taxes?
If you choose our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, our company handles all customs paperwork, clearance procedures, and pays all import taxes on your behalf.
What is "landed cost" and what does it include?
Landed cost is the true total cost of getting a product from our China warehouse to your door — not just the product price. It adds up: product cost, international freight, insurance, customs duties/import taxes, and last-mile delivery. With our DDP service, the quote we give you already equals your landed cost, so there are no extra charges to calculate later.
What are the current US customs clearance rules for China imports?
US customs rules for goods from China — including duty rates and low-value exemption thresholds — have changed several times in recent years and continue to be updated. Rather than rely on outdated general guidance, our clearance team tracks current requirements route by route and builds them directly into your DDP quote, so the price you're given already reflects what you'll actually owe at import. Contact us with your product type and value for an up-to-date answer.
Consolidation & Value-Added Services
Do you offer consolidation and QC (Quality Control) photo services?
Yes! We provide free warehousing and consolidation. We can also open your packages, provide clear QC photos, and ensure the right items arrived before shipping them internationally.
Can you collect goods from multiple suppliers (Taobao, Weidian)?
Absolutely. You can have all your suppliers (from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or independent factories) send their goods to our warehouse. We will combine them into one secure shipment to save you money.
Payment, Tracking & General
Will I receive a tracking number? How can I track my shipment?
Yes, every shipment comes with a tracking number. For DDP shipments, tracking usually updates once the package clears customs in your destination country and is handed to the local courier (like UPS or FedEx).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfers (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally to over 50+ countries. Our strongest DDP routes are to the USA, Canada, UK, European Union, Australia, and the Middle East.
