What is Free-Duty (DDP) shipping and what’s included?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything end-to-end. The price includes international freight, export customs in China, import customs in your country, all duties/taxes, and final door delivery.
How long does shipping from China usually take?
Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-5 days. Air Freight DDP: 7-12 days. Sea Freight DDP: 25-40 days depending on the destination.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Air Freight, Fast Sea Freight (like Matson), Standard Sea Freight, and Direct Express (UPS/DHL/FedEx).
Can I ship items with batteries, liquids, or electronics?

What is discreet / plain packaging?
We use standard, unmarked brown cartons wrapped in black security film or yellow tape. There is absolutely no external indication of what is inside the box.

No. The exterior will look like a completely normal, generic commercial or personal shipment, heavily reducing the risk of theft or customs scrutiny.

Yes, we offer optional Customs Protection Insurance. While we maintain a 98% clearance rate for sensitive goods, we protect you in worst-case scenarios:

- If seized by destination customs → We provide proportional compensation (e.g., specific amount per KG) based on your insurance tier.
What happens if there is a customs issue?
If a delay occurs, our local clearance team will handle it immediately. You do not need to contact customs yourself. We will keep you updated until it is released.
Who handles customs clearance and import taxes?
If you choose our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, our company handles all customs paperwork, clearance procedures, and pays all import taxes on your behalf.

Do you offer consolidation and QC (Quality Control) photo services?
Yes! We provide free warehousing and consolidation. We can also open your packages, provide clear QC photos, and ensure the right items arrived before shipping them internationally.
Can you collect goods from multiple suppliers (Taobao, Weidian)?
Absolutely. You can have all your suppliers (from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or independent factories) send their goods to our warehouse. We will combine them into one secure shipment to save you money.
