class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u6307\u5357\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u7a0e\u7387\u533a\u95f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u88ab\u5904\u4ee5\u7f5a\u6b3e\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8bf7\u6839\u636e\u60a8\u7684HTS\u5b50\u76ee\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u94fe\u63a5\u4e2d\u67e5\u770b\u5177\u4f53\u6e05\u5355\uff1a <a href=\"https:\/\/ustr.gov\/issue-areas\/enforcement\/section-301-investigations\/tariff-actions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u4ee3\u8868\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff08USTR\uff09\u7b2c301\u6761\u6b3e\u4ea7\u54c1\u9644\u4ef6<\/a>, \uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u6392\u9664\u66f4\u65b0\u65f6\uff0c\u5217\u8868\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MPF \u548c HMF \u6dfb\u52a0\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fa\u5b9a\u5207\u7247<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9664\u5173\u7a0e\u5916\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6d77\u5173\u4e0e\u8fb9\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u5c40\uff08CBP\uff09\u8fd8\u5f81\u6536\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MPF\uff1a<\/strong> \u6570\u503c\u4e3a0.3464%\uff0c\u6700\u5c0f\u503c\u63a5\u8fd1$32.71\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u503c\u63a5\u8fd1$634.62\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9650\u503c\u6bcf\u5e7410\u6708\u8fdb\u884c\u6307\u6570\u5316\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8bf7\u6838\u5bf92026\u5e74\u7684\u6570\u636e\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HMF\uff1a<\/strong> \u503c\u4e3a 0.125%\uff0c\u65e0\u6700\u5c0f\u503c\u6216\u6700\u5927\u503c\u9650\u5236\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u6279$10,000\u7684\u670d\u88c5\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u630924%\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u7387\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u9700\u7f34\u7eb3$2,400\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u7ea6$34.64 MPF\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca$12.50 HMF\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u867d\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u62a5\u5173\u5355\u4e0a\u4ecd\u4f1a\u663e\u793a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vantage Forwarding \u5982\u4f55\u5bf9\u670d\u88c5\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u7c7b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5bf9\u670d\u88c5\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u7c7b\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u7eba\u7ec7\u5382\u8bc1\u4e66\u4e3a\u4f9d\u636e\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\u3002\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5206\u7c7b\u3001\u9488\u7ec7\u4e0e\u68ad\u7ec7\u7684\u533a\u522b\u4ee5\u53ca\u670d\u88c5\u7c7b\u578b\u5171\u540c\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u300a\u534f\u8c03\u5236\u5ea6\u300b\uff08HTS\uff09\u7684\u5b50\u76ee\uff0c\u800c\u5b50\u76ee\u5219\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u5173\u7a0e\u7a0e\u7387\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u300a301\u6761\u6b3e\u300b\u6e05\u5355\u4e0e <a href=\"https:\/\/ustr.gov\/issue-areas\/enforcement\/section-301-investigations\/tariff-actions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u4ee3\u8868\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u9644\u4ef6<\/a> \u5728\u62a5\u4ef7\u524d\u8bf7\u52a1\u5fc5\u786e\u8ba4\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u9644\u52a0\u8d39\u4f1a\u4f7f\u603b\u8d39\u7387\u6d6e\u52a8\u9ad8\u8fbe25\u4e2a\u57fa\u70b9\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ffd\u6c42\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u8d39\u7387\u800c\u9519\u8bef\u6807\u6ce8\u5149\u7ea4\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6b64\u7c7b\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e2d\u89c1\u8fc7\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\u6700\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9762\u6599\u6210\u5206\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u4ee3\u7801<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HTS\u5b50\u76ee\u7531\u7ea4\u7ef4\u542b\u91cf\u3001\u9488\u7ec7\u4e0e\u68ad\u7ec7\u7684\u533a\u522b\u4ee5\u53ca\u670d\u88c5\u7c7b\u578b\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/hts.usitc.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08USITC\uff09\u534f\u8c03\u5173\u7a0e\u8868<\/a>. \u201c\u68c9\u6da4\u6df7\u7eba\u201d\u5fc5\u987b\u6807\u660e\u5b9e\u9645\u7684\u7ea4\u7ef4\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8be5\u6807\u51c6\u4ee5\u5360\u603b\u91cd\u91cf\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7ea4\u7ef4\u4e3a\u51c6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u6807\u8bc6\uff0819 CFR 134\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u9488\u5bf9\u7f8a\u6bdb\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u300a\u7f8a\u6bdb\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u7b7e\u6cd5\u300b\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6210\u5206\u6807\u6ce8\u6709\u8bef\uff0c\u5219\u8be5\u8fdb\u53e3\u7533\u62a5\u5373\u4e3a\u65e0\u6548\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u7b2c301\u6761\u5173\u7a0e\u4e0e\u57fa\u7840\u5173\u7a0e\u53e0\u52a0\u540e\uff0c\u7f8a\u6bdb\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u7a0e\u7387\u53ef\u9ad8\u8fbe\u7ea657%\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5206\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5982\u6b64\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65e0\u9700\u4efb\u4f55\u524d\u671f\u8d39\u7528\uff1a\u53ea\u9700\u5728\u62a5\u5173\u5355\u4e0a\u9644\u4e0a\u4e00\u4efd\u7531\u7eba\u7ec7\u5382\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u3001\u6ce8\u660e\u5b9e\u9645\u7ea4\u7ef4\u914d\u6bd4\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\u5373\u53ef\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
