Em primeiro lugar, Bruxelas aplicou \u00e0 Temu uma coima recorde de 200 milh\u00f5es de euros ao abrigo da Lei dos Servi\u00e7os Digitais (Digital Services Act) por n\u00e3o ter controlado os produtos n\u00e3o seguros - a maior san\u00e7\u00e3o de sempre ao abrigo da Lei dos Servi\u00e7os Digitais e um tiro certeiro para a <a href=\"https:\/\/vantageforwarding.com\/pt\/quanto-tempo-demora-a-entrega-do-shein\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shein<\/a>, AliExpress e TikTok Shop. Em segundo lugar, e mais importante para os seus custos: a UE vai suprimir a isen\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos aduaneiros de 150 euros que permitia a entrada de milhares de milh\u00f5es de pequenas encomendas com isen\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3 em 2024, cerca de 4,6 mil milh\u00f5es de encomendas de baixo valor entraram na UE, com cerca de 91% provenientes da China. Esta \u201cautoestrada sem direitos\u201d para o mercado \u00fanico est\u00e1 a ser encerrada. Para quem envia mercadorias da China para a UE, isso significa mais controlo aduaneiro, mais papelada e impostos reais sobre mercadorias que costumavam passar sem serem tributadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como \u00e9 que o fim da <a href=\"https:\/\/taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu\/news\/e-commerce-150-eur-customs-duty-exemption-threshold-be-removed-2026-2025-11-13_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u20ac150 De Minimis<\/a> Afetar o transporte mar\u00edtimo da China para a UE?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo a antiga regra, as remessas de valor igual ou inferior a 150 euros estavam isentas de direitos aduaneiros&nbsp;<em>dever<\/em>&nbsp;(IVA ainda aplicado a partir do primeiro euro). A partir de&nbsp;<strong>1 de julho de 2026<\/strong>, Essa isen\u00e7\u00e3o deixou de existir.
