Isto significa que, se as suas pe\u00e7as entrarem na cadeia de abastecimento norte-americana e forem certificadas ao abrigo do USMCA, a base tribut\u00e1ria ser\u00e1 significativamente menor do que a do produto acabado completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Kits de desmontagem: Totalmente tributados, sem excep\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atualmente, esta \u00e9 a armadilha mais f\u00e1cil de cair. As alf\u00e2ndegas dos EUA definem \u201ckits de desmontagem\u201d como produtos exportados em pe\u00e7as soltas e montados ap\u00f3s a chegada aos Estados Unidos. Estes produtos s\u00e3o tratados como um todo para efeitos de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o beneficiam de quaisquer vantagens de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o fraccionada. Se tem vindo a exportar sob a forma de kits soltos, esta regra ir\u00e1 corroer diretamente as suas margens de lucro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como \u00e9 que os exportadores chineses devem reagir? Cinco caminhos a seguir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Reexaminar os formul\u00e1rios dos produtos para evitar a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cKnock-Down Kit<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se os produtos forem enviados num estado desmontado, mas as suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es e concep\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 constitu\u00edrem um conjunto completo, recomenda-se a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das duas direc\u00e7\u00f5es seguintes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concluir mais processos de pr\u00e9-montagem na China para que os produtos possam ser declarados como componentes acabados e n\u00e3o como pe\u00e7as soltas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigar se o produto \u00e9 eleg\u00edvel para as normas de origem USMCA para obter isen\u00e7\u00f5es parciais de valor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para esta etapa, \u00e9 altamente recomend\u00e1vel contratar um advogado comercial experiente para efetuar uma an\u00e1lise da classifica\u00e7\u00e3o do produto. Os honor\u00e1rios s\u00e3o normalmente de alguns milhares de d\u00f3lares, mas podem poupar centenas de milhares de d\u00f3lares em direitos aduaneiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
